Description
L-Glycine in Cherry flavour! This premium amino acid powder gives you 3g of pure L-Glycine per serving.
L-Glycine is an ideal addition to any evening ritual, working synergistically with our Neuro PM or ZMAX. It was developed as a result of Rick’s personal need to optimise his recovery after intense training, and it worked so well he decided to bring it to the market.
Consume 1-2 servings (4-8 g) pre-bed daily.
Add 300-500 ml of water per serving, however, that is mostly down to taste, you may use more or less water if desired.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
