Our carrier

• Orders will be shipped with DPD unless stated otherwise.
• We DO NOT ship outside of the UK. For orders within Europe, please visit: www.engineeredmuscle.eu
• We offer FREE shipping to UK MAINLAND orders over £100
  (This excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & the Scilly Isles.)

Unattended Delivery (“Safe Place”) Requests

If you choose to leave an order note requesting that your parcel be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or in any alternative location, this is done at your own risk.

Once the courier confirms successful delivery to the location you specified, Engineered Muscle cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage arising from the parcel being left unattended.

Our usual Shipping times

• Next day for the UK on orders placed Monday – Friday
• 2 – 5 days for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & the Scilly Isles.

PLEASE NOTE

• We try our absolute best to turn around orders being sent out – however we CANNOT guarantee turn around or delivery times during busy periods. Please bare with us and allow more time before contacting us.
• During Sale periods, we may need more time to process orders. Please allow at least 10 days before contacting us about the status of your order during these times.
