Refund and Returns Policy

At Engineered Muscle, we’re committed to delivering the highest quality supplements to support your training and performance goals. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see below).

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any opened, used, or tampered supplement products unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email our team at hello@engineeredmuscle.co.uk with the following:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return

• Photo evidence if the product is faulty or damaged

We will reply with return instructions and the address to send your item to. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

• Please allow up to 5–7 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to order a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Any opened or used supplements

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly and get you what you ordered.
