Shoden Ashwagandha, This form of patented Ashwagandha yields 7 x the amount of active ingredient compared to its counterpart KSM.
This adaptogen works absolutely fantastically as a stress reliever and relaxant. A useful tool to winddown and decrease stress after a very hard session or if struggling with getting to sleep.
2 x 120mg capsules per serving a day, will last you a month
