Each serving of Reflex 100% Whey delivers 21g of protein in a rich, creamy shake.
Made with whey concentrate, it retains more of the natural nutrients in whole whey – including healthy fats and bioactive peptides – for a fuller profile. It’s the fuel your body needs to recover, rebuild, and stay strong day after day.
Consume 1–3 servings daily, ideally before or after training.
Mix 30g (around one heaped scoop) with 200ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. For a thicker consistency, use less liquid or non-skimmed milk.
Once mixed, drink immediately. The scoop measures volume, not weight, so for accuracy we recommend using scales.
